Returns Policy
What is your returns/exchange policy?
Should you decide you no longer want an item, you haveĀ 30 daysĀ from the delivery date to return it for a full refund. After 30 days, you can receive a credit note for items returned up toĀ 90 daysĀ from the date of delivery. Credit notes are valid forĀ 12 monthsĀ from date of issue.
We ask that you ensure the item isĀ unused, in its original packaging, has not been installed, and is suitable for resale. When sending the item back to us, please ensure you do not write or stick anything on the product box itself.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, installed or otherwise in contact with water.
Correct Filter Guarantee
If Filter Flair confirms or recommends a filter is suitable for your refrigerator model or undersink system and after attempting to install it you discover it is not, then we will offer a full refund or exchange to a compatible model at no further cost to yourself.

A pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label will be provided at a cost of Ā£3.49. If the return falls under our Correct Filter Guarantee or the product is otherwise faulty, a pre-paid returns label will be provided free of charge.
How long will it take to receive my exchange?
Once your returned item is received and accepted back to us, your exchange order will be processed and you will be notified of the replacement order. If there is a price difference of the product returned and the product being exchanged for, you will receive notification of either a refund or request for payment of the difference, including any return shipping and standard shipping fees as per our shipping policy.
Once these steps have been completed yourĀ exchange orderĀ will be dispatched to you.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved and processed, your refund should be returned to your card within 3-5 working days, however sometimes this can be longer depending on the payment method.
Please note - refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
