I ordered what I thought was genuine John Guest fittings only for a 3/8 female fitting not going on a 3/8 male adapter. Of the ten fittings I bought, non would fit on any fitting as the same size. iPhone to complain but they requested detailed videos of each fitting. I don’t have time to record this so just write it off.
Furthermore, I purchased and paid for overnight shipping but my purchase was delayed as several of the items I bought was out of stock. Six weeks later bit and pieces are still arriving. Why were I allowed to purchase it if and pay for next day delivery if stock was not available? Terrible experience!
