Atlas L12 Ultraviolet (UV) Unit (11.4 L/min)

This UV system is suited for small sized properties where the peak water demand is unlikely to exceed 12l/min or 0.7m3/hr throughout the property. The Atlas L12 UV unit provides a dosage of 30 mJ/cm² (at end of its 1 year lamp life). This unit is manufactured with domestic drinking water treatment in mind and though you can use it for an aquarium, the UV dose will be higher than you would normally need.   Please see the technical details for further information. The highly efficient ballast provides a visual display for information including remaining UV lamp life and total days of operation using the full colour LCD display. Its output is multi-voltage (100-240V. 50-60 Hz.) so it can be used on a mains supply or with any true sine wave generator.

The Atlas L12 UV unit is just the UV system. The filtration options of the combos are not included. These are most commonly used for extra protection in homes on a mains supply or where filtration is already in place.

The complete CE certified UV system is fully manufactured in Canada by one of the biggest companies in the UV market. Lamp changes are easily accomplished without interrupting the water flow and without needing any additional tools. Instructions for the Atlas L12 are included in the box and available as a PDF.
