The Pentair Everpure ESO7 is a three-stage blending cartridge for specialty coffee, espresso and iced tea applications. It supplies softened, buffered and filtered water to help control scale in beverage equipment and improve the water used for drinks.
Ion exchange resin reduces hardness minerals including calcium and magnesium. A buffering stage helps prevent treated water from becoming too acidic, while high-capacity coconut carbon reduces chlorine, off tastes and odours. A controlled amount of carbon-filtered water bypasses the softening resin to retain the required initial hardness.

Installation and replacement
Install the cartridge vertically with the cartridge hanging down. Leave at least 7.6 cm below it for replacement and flush at full flow for five minutes after installation.
Replace the ESO7 when its calculated treatment capacity is reached, if the flow rate falls, or at least once every 12 months.
