Stage 1: Sediment Filtration (5 Micron)
Captures visible particles like rust, dirt, and sediment that can affect water clarity and taste.
Stage 2 & 3: Activated Carbon Filtration
Two granular activated carbon filters work together to reduce chlorine and improve taste and odour. The silver-impregnated carbon provides additional freshness protection.
Stage 4: Scale Management
Polyphosphate treatment helps manage the effects of hard water by inhibiting limescale formation in your pipes and appliances.
Please note: This system does not remove fluoride or soften water - it manages the effects of hardness rather than removing minerals.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return any unused filter in its original sealed packaging for a refund, or 90 days for exchanges. Start at our returns portal and either generate a prepaid Royal Mail label (£3.49, deducted from your refund) or use your own courier — exchanges are always free to return. We approve refunds within 24 hours of your return reaching us; your bank may then take 3–5 working days to show the funds.
