This adaptor works perfectly. I connected my 8mm line to the tap via the push fit adaptor with no problems at all.

Stumbled upon Filter Flair via Google whilst trying to find fittings in 3/8" and 1/4" from multiple other sites, came to this site and they had everything I required in one place.
